Dave’s Cosmic Subs
We currently own and operate six stores under the Dave’s Cosmic Subs franchise. Taking on opportunities with regionally successful and niche franchises allow us to diversify our revenue stream and overall asset class. We take pride in wearing a different hat (as a tenant), which enhances our understanding of tenant relationships and the objectives that are most important to them.
In 2021, Sidhu Realty Capital became a franchisee of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Through our commitment to differentiated, high quality products, and interests in new and exciting branding campaigns, we found Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen to be one of the fastest growing quick service restaurants in its segment. Founded in 1972, Popeyes has since grown to have more than 3,400 restaurants located around the world. We look forward to expanding our growing network of internationally-recognized brands.
