As Chief Strategy Officer, James directs all corporate financial and management decisions across the hospitality group. With a strong background in finance and accounting. James’ core responsibility is to grow unit levels and consolidated P&L in the Hospitality Group. 

James has thirty years of management experience in the retail/restaurant/hospitality industry working for various private and publicly traded organizations including McDonald’s, Einstein Bagels, The Ritz-Carlton, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Some accomplishments including manager of the year, customer service awards and a five-diamond award in hospitality.
