Paul Sidhu

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Sidhu is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sidhu Realty Capital. He is responsible for all strategic initiatives and oversight of the firm’s activities, which encompasses both commercial real estate investments and the operation of the retail hospitality group.

Paul has over a decade of commercial real estate investment experience having managed and consulted on multi-billion dollar private equity portfolios as a Portfolio Manager for UBS Investment Bank and a Senior Consultant for Deloitte. Paul graduated from Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and also holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Real Estate Institute and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Paul is also a licensed real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).


Dan Radocaj

Chief Operating and Financial Officer

As CFO/COO, Daniel is tasked with overseeing the administrative and operational functions, as well as being responsible for managing the financial actions of the firm. Daniel Radocaj has over twenty-five years’ experience in the financial, tax, business management and consulting fields. He has held executive leadership positions in health care, manufacturing, and not-for-profit entities and was named a Distinguished Hispanic Ohio Award recipient for outstanding community leaders by the Ohio Commission of Latino Affairs. Daniel graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science and also holds a Masters of Business Administration. Additionally, Daniel served the country as a Sergeant in the United States Army.


Rikki Vaughn

President Popeyes Hospitality Group

As President of the Popeye’s Hospitality Group, Rikki is responsible for all operational management and oversite of Sidhu Realty Capital’s Popeye’s portfolio. Rikki started his career in QSR industry at the age of 14. Beginning at McDonald’s as a team member, Rikki rapidly excelled through the ranks as restaurant manager at 18, area supervisor at 20, director of operations at 22 and ultimately VP of operations at 25 becoming one of the youngest to hold that position. Having a passion for hospitality, Rikki branched out on his own, investing and franchising multiple concepts and independent owned restaurants including: Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Marcos Pizza, Let’s Brunch Cafe’, Vaughn’s Taste of Soul, Checkers, Sonic to name a few. His ambitions continued to grow with investments in Kids N Motion Learning Center, UrbanGearUSA clothing line, and 1st Cup Coffee House. Rikki graduated from University of South Carolina with an Associates, magna cum laude from Hampton University with a Bachelors of Science, MBA from University of the Southwest and PhD in Public Policy and Administrations from Walden University. His favorite meal, 2pc spicy with mashed potatoes and strawberry lemonade. And not to forget extra biscuit with grape jelly!


James Yashnyk

President – DCS Hospitality Group

As President, James directs all corporate financial and management decisions across the hospitality group. With a strong background in finance and accounting. James’ core responsibility is to grow unit levels and consolidated P&L in the Hospitality Group. James has thirty years of management experience in the retail/restaurant/hospitality industry working for various private and publicly trade organizations including McDonald’s, Einstein Bagels, The Ritz-Carlton, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Some accomplishments including manager of the year, customer service awards and a five-diamond award in hospitality.


Gavin Clark

Director of Property Management and Lease Administration

Gavin has a combined seven years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, manufacturing, and logistics industries. Gavin attended Lakeland Community College where he studied business and marketing management. Due to his prior work exposure Gavin excels in the areas of personnel, production, and logistical management. Individually his goals in the workplace are to promote leadership, reinforce positive culture, and optimize efficiency. Outside of work Gavin enjoys spending time with family, friends and his beloved golf clubs.


Josh Parisi


As Controller, Josh works in conjunction with the CFO to establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, project monitoring, and reporting standards. Josh has been working alongside the DCS Hospitality Group for just over four years and had recently joined the SRC team in September of 2021. He has several years of financial experience in order to help translate his skills here at Sidhu Realty Capital. He is a recent graduate from Lake Erie College with a Bachelors in Finance as well as a Bachelors in Business Administration. During his off time, Josh enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his family.


David Fletcher

Vice President of Operations – DCS Hospitality Group

Over the past fifteen years David has held various management positions within the restaurant/customer service industry working for companies such as Panera Bread, Tommy’s and Dave’s Cosmic Subs. David is one of our most talented and experienced retail managers. David has received three years of culinary vocational training and holds several certifications.


Edward Noar

Vice President of Compliance – DCS Hospitality Group

As VP of Compliance, Eddie is responsible for training and enforcing corporate policies and procedures. Eddie regularly works with staff to ensure the Dave’s Cosmic Subs stores are operating efficiently and consistently across the portfolio. Part of Eddie’s compliance function also involves process improvement. Eddie has over a decade of business experience, having previously owned multiple enterprises prior to joining the firm in his current capacity. In his free time, Eddie enjoys spending time with family and golfing on premier courses in the Cleveland area.
