Nick Vento

Nick serves as General Counsel of Sidhu Realty Capital, leading the company’s legal strategy and overseeing all aspects of corporate governance, compliance, litigation and risk management. He provides counsel on commercial transactions, real estate investments, joint ventures, franchise operations, and development initiatives, while supporting the firm’s long-term strategic objectives.

Before joining Sidhu Realty Capital, Nick practiced as a litigator at Schneider Bell in Cleveland, Ohio, where he represented clients in complex commercial and real estate matters. He holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from The Ohio State University.

Nick is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the William K. Thomas Inn of Court. He also serves on the Associate Board of America SCORES Cleveland.
